These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop of Hoa Sen.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products
Hoa Sen offers curated vintage garments and handmade in‑house objects.
All items are one‑of‑a‑kind unless stated otherwise.
Due to the vintage nature of the products, minor signs of wear or age may be present and are part of the character of each piece.

3. Prices
All prices are stated in CHF, unless otherwise specified.
Prices do not include shipping costs unless explicitly mentioned.
Hoa Sen reserves the right to change prices at any time.
The price valid at the time of order applies.

4. Order & Contract Conclusion
A contract is concluded once the order is confirmed by email.
Hoa Sen reserves the right to decline orders in exceptional cases.

Payment must be completed before the order is shipped.

6. Shipping
Orders are shipped from Switzerland.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are communicated during checkout.
Hoa Sen is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of vintage and one‑of‑a‑kind items, returns are not accepted, unless the item arrives damaged or significantly differs from the description.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item.
Refunds are only issued after review and confirmation.

8. Liability
Hoa Sen is not liable for minor deviations in color, texture, or fit, as these may vary due to screen settings and the vintage nature of the products.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (texts, images, branding) is the intellectual property of Hoa Sen and may not be used without permission.
10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.
